Welcome to another video where we’ll explore the process of customizing your charting platform. I’ll demonstrate my approach using TC2000 as my general layout, which spans multiple screens and monitors. The flexibility of this setup allows for efficient customization based on specific trading strategies.
Layout Considerations
My layout is tailored for different activities such as swing trading, day trading, or other trading styles. For this demonstration, I’ll focus on creating a layout suitable for sharing on YouTube, emphasizing zoomed-in views for better visibility.
Setting Up the Chart
Let’s begin by duplicating my swing trading layout and renaming it for the YouTube anchor chart. In this setup, I omit the 30-minute timeframe, as precision in entries is not a primary concern for YouTube content.
Signal Indicators
The core of my setup revolves around two moving averages – the 21-day and the 33-day. The 21-day moving average, represented by yellow dots, serves as a key indicator. If the recent dots are trending upwards, it triggers a green trend, indicating a potential bullish movement. Conversely, a downtrend is signaled by yellow dots.

Candlestick Representation
To enhance clarity for YouTube viewers, I opt for candlesticks instead of bars. This visual choice simplifies the display without compromising essential information. I adjust the color scheme to ensure a clean and bright presentation, minimizing visual noise.
Volume Analysis
Volume analysis is integrated into the setup, with conditional coloring to highlight significant volume spikes. Green indicates a volume increase of more than 20% compared to the 20-day average, helping identify potential entry points.
Combining Timeframes
By duplicating the chart and adjusting the timeframe, I create a complementary daily chart. This dual-chart approach allows for a comprehensive analysis. If a stock exhibits strong signals on both the 130-minute and daily charts, it strengthens the overall trading signal.
Practical Application
Using Etsy as an example, I showcase how these indicators align to provide valuable insights for potential trades. The combination of moving averages, candlesticks, and volume analysis forms a comprehensive yet straightforward framework for decision-making.

Conclusion
This video serves as a practical guide to customizing a charting platform for effective trading analysis. The emphasis is on simplicity and clarity, ensuring that key indicators are easily interpreted. The provided insights aim to enhance your understanding of chart customization for various trading scenarios.
